A classic condiment from south of the border. Lemon, garlic with a hint of spice, NO Sugar. Traditionally served with grilled meats and seafood. Blend with butter for an excellent compound butter. Whisk with mayonnaise for a superb aioli. Mix with plain Greek yogurt for a fantastic Tzatziki.
