Moulard duck raised cage-free, in open barns, on a vegetarian grain diet, with no added antibiotics or growth hormones. Our small farm follows traditional methods, with an emphasis on a stress-free environment and plenty of space to allow natural flocking behavior. This hybrid breed, known for its rich red meat, gives us the hearty magret - or duck breast - and the ample legs that become delicious duck confit.

The owners Jon and Veronica have spent the last 14+ years seeking about the very best foods from around the work and around the corner. Our store is filled with our favorite foods with a special emphasis on cheese, charcuterie and Italian Imports.
We're excited to offer a large assortment from our retail store for online ordering. Please keep in mind that we are primarily a retail store and while we do our best to accurately represent all of our products online, nothing can replace the service of our expert cheesemongers in person. SHIPPING (BASED ON ACTUAL CARRIER RATES)
We offer nationwide shipping on the majority of our in-store products, we primarily utilize UPS for most services and you can see our prices and options at checkout.
Since many of our products are perishable we package orders in temperature controlled boxes to minimize the amount of time products are out of ideal temperatures, many require expedited shipping services, and we cannot ship certain highly perishable items like raw meats and meal kits, to ensure product quality. If you place an order for perishable items later in the week we may hold your order until Monday to ensure you shipment doesn't sit over a long weekend in a truck or warehouse.
