Every month we select an assortment unique cheeses that we bring in just for cheese club members. Along with your selection of 2-3 cheeses, we'll include tasting notes and pairing suggestions. Check out an example here.
If you're a fan of cured meats, you can also add on our charcuterie option for you or the gift recipient to enjoy along with their cheese each month.
Cheese selections are released mid-month, and members receive an email notifying them that their cheeses are ready for pickup, we are also now offering local delivery and shipping for an additional charge.
The first month's subscription includes a cheese log.
***If purchasing as a gift, please include the recipient’s information in the “Order notes” section of your shopping cart. We will need their name, email and phone number. If you selected delivery/shipping for them, then we will also need their address. Also, please note which month you would like the subscription to begin. Thank you!
St. Kilian's is small family owned specialty market in Denver, Colorado. The owners Jon and Veronica have spent the last 14+ years seeking about the very best foods from around the work and around the corner. Our store is filled with our favorite foods with a special emphasis on cheese, charcuterie and Italian Imports.
We're excited to offer a large assortment from our retail store for online ordering. Please keep in mind that we are primarily a retail store and while we do our best to accurately represent all of our products online, nothing can replace the service of our expert cheesemongers in person. We encourage you to contact us directly if you cannot find what you're looking for or have any questions about our product offerings. Here's a couple of things to keep in mind when ordering online
SHIPPING (BASED ON ACTUAL CARRIER RATES)
We offer nationwide shipping on the majority of our in-store products, we primarily utilize UPS for most services and you can see our prices and options at checkout.
Since many of our products are perishable we package orders in temperature controlled boxes to minimize the amount of time products are out of ideal temperatures, many require expedited shipping services, and we cannot ship certain highly perishable items like raw meats and meal kits, to ensure product quality. If you place an order for perishable items later in the week we may hold your order until Monday to ensure you shipment doesn't sit over a long weekend in a truck or warehouse.
