"PAIN NATURAL"?
"PAIN" translates to "bread", "NATURAL" is the way Babettes makes bread. Like natural wine, we ferment with wild yeast, time, & high hydration. We use organic & conventional wheats from across America to produce our bread in the fashion we intend to promote crust color & a moist meaty open crumb with substantial flavor. Babettes prefers the name "levain" to "sourdough" our bread is not sour, however they both translate to the same definition...

Currently we are receiving deliveries from Babette's on Saturday afternoon, you are placing a pre-order to reserve product for pickup on Saturday after 1pm.

Orders must be received by 8 am Wednesday morning.

If you would like to check availability in store please contact us directly.

The bread loaves have a high moisture content and freeze well, but we recommend same day pickup for best quality.  Pastries are best used within 24 hours of baking.
