Soft Ripened Cheese
Delice de Bourgogne
$9.00
A rich and creamy delight from Burgandy France, luscious texture and deep butter flavors along with a little salty aged flavor. Pasteurized, cow's milk.
Brie Fermier
$7.00
Our favorite traditonal Brie available in the US. Brie Fermier develops the mushroomy gooey delicousness that mimics it's raw milk French cousins that we can't get stateside. A strong and earthy brie that delights the senses for those who love the delightfully stinky cheeses. Try baking it to release even more of its flavor profile!
Bucheron
$7.00
Semi-aged goat cheese from the Loire Valley in France, with an edible bloomy rind. At a younger age this cheese has a bright lemony flavor, and as it ages, it develops more sharp flavors and a lingering goat tanginess.
Brebirousse D'Argental
$7.50
Named the "Red Sheep" after its annatto colored rind, this soft sheep's milk cheese is a crowd favorite because it's not intensely strong but is extremely flavorful.
Delice Mon Sire
$7.00
A mild and creamy, triple cream cousin to Delice de Bourgogne, and from the same region of Burgundy, France.
Maison de Truffe Truffle Brie
$15.50
This utterly decadent cheese takes any celebration up a notch. Available at St. Kilian's only for a limited time, the Maison de Truffle is made by taking an entire wheel Brie de Meaux cutting it in half, and stuffing the middle with a thick layer of creamy, black truffle-studded mascarpone to create the ultimate truffle cheese. Loaded with truf...
Epoisses
$30.00
A pungent washed rind classic from the Burgundy region of France. This cheese has been made by hand since the 1700's in the town by the same name. The most famous producer Berthaut makes a special version of Epoisses for the US market since the AOC version is not available due to the required use of raw milk.
