We're so Fond of Fondue
The perfect way to cap off a winter day is around a cozy pot of fondue. Use our tried and true fondue recipe for success. The classic swiss fondue recipe calls for Gruyere, Emmenthaler and Appenzeller, but here at St. Kilian's we prefer to substitute French Comte for Emmenthaler as it adds a depth of flavor that you just don't find in most Emmenthalers available in the US. Check out our fondue recipe and stop in for all the ingredients. (Hint: Don't forget the mustard!)
