Mr. Roy

Goat's Milk

Cinco Lanzas

Cow, Sheep and Goat's Milk

Named after the legendary five lances, this cheese is a true warrior on your palate. Cinco Lanzas brings together the best of Spanish milks. Its semi-firm texture and nutty, slightly sweet flavor profile makes it incredibly versatile – equally at home melted in a tortilla española or savored on its own.

Pair with Tempranillo wine and fig jam.

Valdeón

From the caves of the Picos de Europa comes Valdeón, a stunning blue cheese wrapped in sycamore leaves.
