Colorado Whiskey Peach is the flavor that got this whole crazy road trip rolling. This is our signature and original flavor from a 15 year process of recipe perfection, the flavor that won the Blue Ribbon at the Denver County Fair and to this date our most popular flavor. Maybe it’s the sweet, sweet, peaches we get from Colorado’s Palisade area and the hidden valley of Paonia; maybe it’s the perfected bourbon whiskey from Colorado’s own Laws Whiskey House, maybe its the fresh vanilla from Madagascar, or maybe it’s just the perfect combination of these things that makes you feel like it’s a perfect sunny, breezy summertime afternoon that stretches to forever.
Blue Ribbon Winner - Denver County Fair 2012
Ingredients: Fresh peaches, a strong pour of Laws Whiskey, fresh squeezed lime juice, freshly minced Madagascar Vanilla bean, heaps of pure cane sugar, a bit of pectin and a dash of Almond Extract
Size: 9 oz - 12 servings of 1 Tb each or 1 serving of an ice cream whiskey bender.

**Seasonal Release - Limited Supply**The story:
It all started with a weekend road-trip to Paonia, Colorado, a secret valley of orchards, vineyards and grazing horses. We accidentally found Colorado's best secret, the source of the best peaches in the state. One year later we came back with a truck, a dog, and a day to pick as many peaches as we could. And we did, we filled the borrowed truck bed with hundreds of pounds of Colorado's finest peaches, ripe for the picking. Armed with a 2 year in development recipe we got busy in a commercial kitchen and cooked up a very limited run of Deliciousness for you.

Our store is filled with our favorite foods with a special emphasis on cheese, charcuterie and Italian Imports.
We're excited to offer a large assortment from our retail store for online ordering. Please keep in mind that we are primarily a retail store and while we do our best to accurately represent all of our products online, nothing can replace the service of our expert cheesemongers in person. We encourage you to contact us directly if you cannot find what you're looking for or have any questions about our product offerings. Here's a couple of things to keep in mind when ordering online
SHIPPING (BASED ON ACTUAL CARRIER RATES)
We offer nationwide shipping on the majority of our in-store products, we primarily utilize UPS for most services and you can see our prices and options at checkout.
Since many of our products are perishable we package orders in temperature controlled boxes to minimize the amount of time products are out of ideal temperatures, many require expedited shipping services, and we cannot ship certain highly perishable items like raw meats and meal kits, to ensure product quality. If you place an order for perishable items later in the week we may hold your order until Monday to ensure you shipment doesn't sit over a long weekend in a truck or warehouse.
