This special box is focused on artisan charcuterie by Bill Miner of Il Porcellino Salumeria just up the road in Berkeley. We've selected a Victory cheese package that includes 3 cheeses from some our favorite American artisan producers, each perfectly paired with an Il Porcellino salami and our Redcamper collaboration Mostarda, which goes especially well with cured meats like the spicy Diablo.
Boxes are available for pickup at St. Kilians and Il Porcellino in Denver, can be delivered locally or shipped nationwide, feel free to contact us directly with any questions or for additional details.

The COVID-19 crisis is devastating the American cheese industry, from dairy farmers and cheesemakers to distributors, restaurants, and cheese counters across the country. A grass-roots collection of cheese professionals – including cheesemakers, mongers, chefs, and cheese guilds from across the country – banded together to identify ways to help our struggling industry – creating the Victory Cheese Box to do just that.
Like the Victory Garden movement of a by-gone era, the Victory Cheese Box is a call for citizens to step up and choose domestically-produced cheese. Each cheese in this box manifests the unique intent of its maker and reflects a commitment to quality in farming, cheesemaking, and deliciousness in every bite.

The owners Jon and Veronica have spent the last 14+ years seeking about the very best foods from around the work and around the corner. Our store is filled with our favorite foods with a special emphasis on cheese, charcuterie and Italian Imports.
We're excited to offer a large assortment from our retail store for online ordering. Please keep in mind that we are primarily a retail store and while we do our best to accurately represent all of our products online, nothing can replace the service of our expert cheesemongers in person. We encourage you to contact us directly if you cannot find what you're looking for or have any questions about our product offerings. Here's a couple of things to keep in mind when ordering online
SHIPPING (BASED ON ACTUAL CARRIER RATES)
We offer nationwide shipping on the majority of our in-store products, we primarily utilize UPS for most services and you can see our prices and options at checkout.
Since many of our products are perishable we package orders in temperature controlled boxes to minimize the amount of time products are out of ideal temperatures, many require expedited shipping services, and we cannot ship certain highly perishable items like raw meats and meal kits, to ensure product quality. If you place an order for perishable items later in the week we may hold your order until Monday to ensure you shipment doesn't sit over a long weekend in a truck or warehouse.
