In this starter kit, you will receive:
1/2lb of Gruyere
1/2lb of Comte
1/4lb of Appenzeller
plus a copy of our favorite Fondue recipe.
You'll just need to add a couple cloves of garlic, corn starch or flour, white wine and kirsch (optional) to finish up the recipe supplies.
Then you just need to decide what you want to dip into this luscious cheese fondue! We suggest crusty bread, potatoes, apples and salami.
We also offer a special edition Alpine Fondue Mix. This blend of 3 unique Alpine cheeses is a little more adventurous than our normal mix but might be even more delicious.

St. Kilian's is small family owned specialty market in Denver, Colorado. The owners Jon and Veronica have spent the last 14+ years seeking about the very best foods from around the work and around the corner. Our store is filled with our favorite foods with a special emphasis on cheese, charcuterie and Italian Imports.
We're excited to offer a large assortment from our retail store for online ordering. Please keep in mind that we are primarily a retail store and while we do our best to accurately represent all of our products online, nothing can replace the service of our expert cheesemongers in person. We encourage you to contact us directly if you cannot find what you're looking for or have any questions about our product offerings. Here's a couple of things to keep in mind when ordering online
SHIPPING (BASED ON ACTUAL CARRIER RATES)
We offer nationwide shipping on the majority of our in-store products, we primarily utilize UPS for most services and you can see our prices and options at checkout.
Since many of our products are perishable we package orders in temperature controlled boxes to minimize the amount of time products are out of ideal temperatures, many require expedited shipping services, and we cannot ship certain highly perishable items like raw meats and meal kits, to ensure product quality. If you place an order for perishable items later in the week we may hold your order until Monday to ensure you shipment doesn't sit over a long weekend in a truck or warehouse.
